Privacy Policy for Personal Data

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) governs the procedure for processing and protecting personal data provided by users of the website of LBC Industrial Floor (hereinafter — the “Website”).

1.2. The Website administrator and personal data controller is LBC Industrial Floor, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and operating in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.3. By using the Website and/or submitting their data via the Website forms, the user (hereinafter — the “User”) confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data under the conditions set out herein.

8.2. Amendments take effect from the moment the new version of the Policy is published on the Website, unless otherwise specified in that version.
