Impregnation system
Concrete impregnation (dust-proofing)
Mineralizing concrete sealer to reduce dusting and absorption of existing concrete. Budget-friendly solution without stopping operations.
Mineralizing concrete sealer to reduce dusting and absorption of existing concrete. Budget-friendly solution without stopping operations.
Typical parameters: R class R9–R10, commissioning 6–24 h. Exact chemical resistance and operating conditions are specified in the TDS and project requirements.
System layers (bottom to top)
-
Impregnation application — layer 1 consumption: ≈ 0.15–0.25 l/m²Mineralizing impregnation applied wet-on-wet; reduces dusting and absorbency.
-
Impregnation application — layer 2 (optional) consumption: ≈ 0.1–0.2 l/m²Second pass for highly absorbent substrates; excess is removed.

Consumption & rough estimate
- Impregnation application — layer 1: ≈ 0.15–0.25 l/m²
- Impregnation application — layer 2 (optional): ≈ 0.1–0.2 l/m²
-
Total for system: ≈ 0.25–0.45 l/m²(excluding losses).
Actual consumption depends on substrate condition, porosity and required texture. Pricing is calculated individually considering logistics and volume discounts.
