A cyclone separator for a construction vacuum cleaner is a container for storing debris collected by the machine. This device enables uninterrupted operation for a longer period than other systems without reducing equipment performance.
The interaction principle between the cyclone and an industrial vacuum is simple. A reservoir is placed in the machine, and a HEPA filter is mounted on it. When the device starts, the collected dust remains at the bottom of the cyclone, reducing the load on the filtration system and thereby preserving full equipment power throughout the operating period until the container is full.
The cyclone volume is 30 liters. Industrial vacuum cleaners with tank capacities up to 70 liters are available. The volume required for comfortable work is determined by the type and scale of the tasks. Typically, 30 liters is sufficient for a rational balance between emptying frequency and equipment weight.
The housing is made of stainless steel with a powder coating. This material choice is deliberate. In addition to M-class dust, construction debris—slurry and bulk materials, particles of spent material of various fractions—subjects the container to impact loads.
