Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Lincrete® ST FAST is used for interior and exterior applications, withstands temperature fluctuations and both “dry” and “wet” process conditions. It is especially effective in areas exposed to high mechanical, thermal and chemical loads in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Ideal for fast floor repairs in production facilities without stopping core processes!

Main advantages of the system:

  • floor can be opened to pedestrian traffic after 4 hours at 15°C;
  • extended service temperature range from -40°C to +130°C (short-term up to +150°C), depending on coating thickness;
  • resistant to chemical and disinfectant exposure, blood and fats, lactic acids, oils and fuels and lubricants;
  • resistant to abrasive and impact loads, providing a long service life;
  • complies with sanitary and epidemiological requirements;
  • contains no volatile solvents or toxic substances and is odorless.

5 kg kit composition:

  • component A — 0,44 kg;
  • component B — 0,5 kg;
  • component C — 4,0 kg;
  • pigment paste — 0,06 kg.

20 kg kit composition:

  • component A — 1,76 kg;
  • component B — 2,0 kg;
  • component C — 16,0 kg;
  • pigment paste — 0,24 kg.

The material is available in 7 standard colors.
