Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Lincrete® TOP GERM is a two-component, thermo- and chemically resistant self-leveling polyurethane sealant for interior and exterior use in industrial and private construction on horizontal and vertical surfaces in food, pharmaceutical and chemical production facilities.

Areas of application:

  • sealing concrete structures;
  • sealing expansion joints in industrial concrete floors.

Advantages:

  • resistant to a wide range of aggressive chemical reagents, including organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, alcohols, fats and solvents, as well as industrial cleaning agents;
  • reliable joint sealing;
  • meets strict hygiene requirements and is easy to clean;
  • no unpleasant odor during application, which allows it to be used in areas with food products.

Kit composition:

  • Component A (base) – 2,1 kg;
  • Component B (hardener) – 0,9 kg.

Kit mass: 3,0 kg.

Material consumption for joint size (w×d):

  • 7×5 mm – 40 g/m;
  • 6×10 mm – 70 g/m;
  • 15×10 mm – 170 g/m;
  • 20×10 mm – 230 g/m;
  • 30×15 mm – 510 g/m.

Material color: gray.
