Description
Polymer repair compound for rapid, high-quality filling of joints and cracks, as well as repairing defects up to 80 mm deep on concrete and mosaic floors (horizontal surfaces).
Linolit® 11 is a three-component compound based on a unique polymer binder with high adhesion and water tightness. If needed, the compound may be mixed with a third component in the form of fine dust (color: natural) supplied by the manufacturer, or with slurry collected during surface grinding at the job site.
Features:
- high adhesion to the substrate;
- fast and simple application;
- suitable for both interior and exterior use;
- non-shrink;
- durable;
- gel time — 7 min;
- rapid strength gain — the surface can be processed after 30–40 min;
- expands within joints or cracks, reliably locking them in place;
- can be tinted to the substrate color with job-site slurry or a special fine dust for maximum masking of the repaired area.
Purpose
Linolit® 11 is intended for repairing small cracks, holes, and spalls 5–80 mm thick on concrete and mosaic floors, and for filling joints in concrete tiles. Linolit® 11 can also be used as a putty during polishing to fill large pores on the floor surface.
Linolit® 11 is supplied in kits of 2,6 kg and 1,3 kg.
Kit 1 composition (2,6 kg):
- Component A — 1,0 kg,
- Component B — 1,0 kg,
- Component C — 0,6 kg.
Kit 2 composition (1,3 kg):
- Component A — 0,5 kg,
- Component B — 0,5 kg,
- Component C — 0,3 kg.
Mix each component thoroughly before use.
Application
Apply Linolit® 11 with a putty knife or directly from the supplied container. You can adjust the compound’s consistency by varying the amount and density of added slurry (dust) to suit the specific task.
Material consumption
- at 1 mm thickness per 1 m² — 0,8–0,9 kg;
- at 10 mm thickness per 1 m² — 8–9 kg;
- at 5 mm thickness per 1 m² — 4–4,5 kg;
- skim-coat puttying — 0,1–0,2 kg/m².
