Linolit® Lincrete® is a chemically and wear-resistant polyurethane-cement material for protecting concrete substrates in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in mechanical engineering.
Particularly effective for use in:
- slaughter and cutting shops;
- dairy production and bottling areas, breweries;
- alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage plants;
- milling facilities.
Linolit® Lincrete® is a modified four-component polyurethane-cement system that provides a durable floor that is:
- compliant with sanitary and epidemiological requirements;
- long-lasting in service;
- resistant to chemicals, blood and fats, lactic acids, oils, and fuels/lubricants;
- resistant to common disinfectants and cleaning agents.
Key features
Quick and simple application
The system suits both the chemical/mechanical demands of food facilities and their application constraints.
The mixed material is poured onto the substrate and spread with a notched squeegee with pin gap or a rake. Immediately after spreading, roll with a spiked roller. Use spiked shoes for movement on fresh material.
Production does not need to be fully halted: the floor gains strength quickly and is walkable after 12 hours (at 20 °C). Full pedestrian load is recommended after 24 hours; vehicular traffic after 72 hours.
High temperature resistance
Does not degrade in service or during steam cleaning under extreme temperature conditions. Operates reliably from −30 °C to +110 °C.
Chemical resistance
Good resistance to acids and alkalis, fats/oils, and fuels/lubricants.
Odor-free
No odor during mixing or application.
Electrical and fire safety
Non-conductive and non-combustible.
Abrasion resistance
A critical service-life parameter is abrasion resistance. Tested by the BCA method per EN 13892-4, the coating is rated AR 0,5.
Non-slip
The textured surface provides slip resistance.
Colors
Available in 6 base colors: red, green, blue, black, light gray, beige.
