Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Key features of Linolit® Microterrazzo® flooring:

  • a seamless mosaic, polymer-cement–based floor with marble aggregate of various fractions;
  • well-balanced components enable unique, premium floors with the desired pattern;
  • at only 8–15 mm thickness, the coating delivers high abrasion wear resistance suitable for commercial and residential spaces;
  • non-shrink material;
  • does not crack and chang color over time;
  • optimized for polishing — from textured to high-gloss finishes;
  • suitable for interior and exterior use.

Today, Linolit® Microterrazzo® flooring is available in a core palette of 6 colors. Other colors can be produced upon request.

Applications:

  • business centers, offices, administrative buildings;
  • stores and shopping malls;
  • hotels and restaurants;
  • museums and galleries;
  • houses of worship (churches, mosques);
  • medical facilities;
  • educational institutions;
  • residential buildings.

Linolit® Microterrazzo® is easy to apply, shortening construction timelines because:

  • foot traffic is permitted after 24 hours;
  • grinding can begin after 5 days (depending on ambient temperature);
  • the polymer base prevents shrinkage;
  • the surface can be finished matte or glossy.
