Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Linolit_PCF concrete densifier eliminates the vulnerability of monolithic concrete associated with the inherent porosity of its structure. Regardless of the thixotropic mix composition and filler type, the substrate requires additional treatment. Along with mechanical densification of the top layer, liquid products are used to help concrete resist moisture during service.

Capabilities of Linolit_PCF:

  • Eliminates porosity in the top layer — the liquid composition penetrates the concrete and bonds reliably with its structure, filling hairline cracks and pores. The interacting substances form a very dense layer, resulting in a high mirror gloss on the surface.
  • Complete de-dusting of the substrate — with pores densified and sealed, the concrete no longer releases fine particles into the air. This improves not only strength and service life but also fire safety and the overall comfort of operations.
  • Enhanced appearance — compared to minimally processed concrete, a surface densified with Linolit_PCF has a more attractive look due to the absence of dust and the presence of gloss.
  • Environmentally friendly — contains no substances that emit odor or harmful vapors, so it may be used for industrial floors at food facilities and other sites with stringent sanitary and occupational safety requirements.
  • UV resistance — the composition does not discolor over time under sunlight.
  • Economical consumption and easy application — the required amount is proportional to the concrete’s absorbency and starts from 0,1 L/m²; maximum demand can reach 0,7 L/m². Apply with a hand sprayer.
  • Quick return to service — set time is up to 6 hours depending on conditions; subsequent processing steps can begin 2–4 hours after application.

Material consumption

  • 0,1 – 0,7 L/m² depending on the absorbency of the concrete surface.
