Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Linolit® RE is a single-component, non-shrink polymer-cement repair compound reinforced with polymer fiber for repairing all types of concrete and reinforced concrete.

The material is a dry strengthening mix based on cement and polymers with polymer fiber and special mineral fillers with fractions up to 3 mm.

Application:

  • repair of concrete industrial floors;
  • structural repair of concrete and reinforced-concrete surfaces;
  • restoration of damaged structural elements (stairs, columns, pipelines, column and beam corners, balcony edges degraded due to reinforcement corrosion);
  • application thickness up to 20 mm;
  • for interior and exterior use.

Benefits:

  • high flexural and compressive strength;
  • high water tightness and good wear resistance;
  • high degree of de-dusting (dust binding);
  • non-shrink;
  • odorless;
  • excellent adhesion to concrete and reinforced concrete due to a high proportion of polymer binder;
  • fast drying and strength gain — foot traffic in 12-16 hours.

Packaging and appearance

Linolit® RE is packaged, stored, and transported in sealed bags with original branding. Bag mass: 20 kg. The material is a dry fine-dispersed mix.

Preparation

Mix Linolit® RE with 12-14 % water relative to the volume of the dry mix. Water quantity per 20 kg bag:

  • minimum — 2,4 L (12%);
  • maximum — 2,8 L (14%).

Mixing is recommended with a concrete mixer or a low-speed drill.

Material consumption

Material consumption is 2300 kg/m³ of prepared mortar.

* Price per 1 kg. 20 kg bag.
