Industrial construction vacuum Linolit® 322

Linolit® 322 is designed to collect M-class contaminants, namely concrete and wood dust, putty, paint, varnish, lime, gypsum, and other “dry” construction debris.

Design

The model is equipped with 2 high-pressure turbines with a total power of 2,4 kW. They create the necessary vacuum, providing increased suction force for heavy construction dust up to 270 mbar.

The vacuum housing is made of steel with a powder coating, which makes it resistant to mechanical damage. A protective frame is installed around the perimeter to shield the housing from accidental impacts and serve as an additional support.

Waste container

Debris is collected directly into a 30-liter tank without additional consumables such as bags. A simple, convenient lift system allows the collector tank to be quickly removed and reinstalled. Three maneuverable wheels make it easy to move the tank to waste containers or around the job site.

Linolit® 322 is equipped with a contactless reverse-pulse filter shaking system and a built-in M-class HEPA filter that captures up to 99,5%. In addition, the filter is treated with a special Teflon coating that prevents adhesion of cement, sand, and other construction dust.

The noise level meets sanitary and hygienic requirements and does not exceed 79 dB. The vacuum operates from a standard 220 V supply and is compatible with any grinding and polishing equipment.

Spare filters and accessories: hoses, tubes, brushes in two sizes (38 and 50 mm) are purchased separately as needed.
