Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

The Linolit® 742 industrial vacuum is a unique unit integrated with a cyclone on a single platform, designed for heavy-duty operation, including continuous 24/7 use, on any construction or production site.

The model is equipped with 2 high-pressure turbines with a total power of 2,4 kW. They create the required vacuum, providing increased suction force for heavy construction dust up to 270 mbar.

The efficient cyclone principle removes larger particles at high dust and debris concentrations, reducing the load on the main vacuum’s filter and extending turbine life.

An M-class HEPA filter with a Teflon coating provides filtration efficiency up to 99,5%. Filtration area is 30 000 cm2.

The built-in reverse-pulse filter shaking system prevents interruptions during operation.

The vacuum housing is made of steel with a powder coating, providing resistance to mechanical damage. A protective frame around the perimeter shields the housing from accidental impacts and serves as an additional support.

Features:

  • cyclone operating principle;
  • increased dust collection capacity thanks to two tanks of 40 and 30 L;
  • extends the service life of the main vacuum turbine;
  • M-class filter captures up to 99% (particle filtration down to 0,1–0,3 µm), filtration area — 30 000 cm2;
  • contactless filter cleaning system with reverse pulsation;
  • compatible with any grinding and polishing equipment;
  • optional equipment: antistatic hose of any length, tube, brush, filter.
