Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Refloor® AC-S120 concrete sealer is a solution of clear acrylic lacquer that protects freshly placed concrete and concrete with thin- and thick-layer cementitious coverings against moisture evaporation.

It is used as a final sealer for self-leveling layers and is typically applied to cement-based floor coverings (for example, dry shake toppings).

Special properties:

  • increases concrete strength;
  • prevents dusting and increases abrasion resistance;
  • reduces formation of hairline shrinkage cracks during the initial curing phase of concrete;
  • increases surface resistance to penetration of oils and certain petroleum products;
  • reduces moisture loss of fresh concrete by 90.0%;
  • increases the chemical resistance of the concrete surface;
  • features fast and simple application;
  • effectively protects fresh concrete from moisture loss.

Application conditions:

  • Refloor® AC-S120 concrete sealer is applied to fresh concrete and freshly placed Refloor® topping immediately after power troweling.
  • It is applied to cement self-leveling screeds and cement floor coverings 24 hours after installation.
  • Apply with a velour roller, brush or rubber squeegee at a consumption rate of 0.1–0.2 kg/m².
  • One coat is sufficient to reduce surface absorbency and dusting.

The material is supplied in 20 L pails and 210 L drums.

Drying time: 24 hours.
