Description
REFLOOR® AC-W100 is a one-component water-dispersion acrylic primer for preparing absorbent and non-absorbent substrates before coatings. It strengthens the surface, evens out absorbency and increases the adhesion of subsequent layers.
IMPORTANT: the standard AC-W100 version must NOT be frozen.
A frost-resistant version is available: AC-W100 Pro — freezing is allowed for no more than 5 cycles. Thaw at +20°C, avoiding any forced heating.
Used as a priming layer under self-leveling floors, repair mortars, adhesive and paint systems, and intended for treating:
• concrete, cement and gypsum substrates;
• brick, stone and aerated concrete surfaces;
• plasters, putties, gypsum plasterboard (drywall);
• old sound coatings before applying polymer compounds.
Advantages:
• universal — suitable for all types of mineral substrates;
• improves coating adhesion and reduces material consumption;
• ready to use or can be diluted with water (1:1);
• contains no organic solvents;
• neutral pH ≈ 7;
• suitable for exterior and interior work.
Material consumption:
• first coat: 0,1–0,2 l/m²;
• subsequent coats: 0,05–0,1 l/m².
