Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Refloor® CT-GR2 is a high-strength cementitious flowable repair grout designed for high-strength grouting, repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, and anchoring of equipment.

Used during repair and installation works on industrial and civil facilities:

  • restoration and leveling of concrete and reinforced concrete elements (beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floor structures);
  • repair of floors in production, warehouse and retail premises;
  • anchoring of bolts, steel structures, supports and machines;
  • installation of high-strength grouts under equipment, rail tracks, columns and machine tools;
  • monolithing of joints of precast reinforced concrete structures;
  • filling voids, blowholes, cavities and cracks in concrete.

The material can be used indoors and outdoors in the temperature range from +5 to +35°C.

Features

  • high flowability — no vibration required;
  • no shrinkage and no cracking;
  • high early and final strength;
  • excellent adhesion to concrete and metal;
  • water impermeability up to W16, frost resistance F300;
  • fire safe (non-combustible, NG according to GOST 30244-94);
  • easy to apply.

Consumption: at 10 mm thickness per 1 m² — 21.0 kg.

Water per 25 kg of dry mix (bag): 3.4–3.9 L.
