What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.
Refloor® CT-S100 quartz dry shake is a modified dry single-component cement-based compound for hardening concrete floor surfaces. The technical characteristics of the material comply with GOST 31358-2007.
The material is a dry, free-flowing fine-grained mixture. It does not contain volatile solvents and is odorless.
Supplied in 25 kg bags with original printed design.
Pallet weight: 1200 kg (48 bags).
The dry hardening compound is intended for finishing the surface of freshly placed concrete floors in industrial and warehouse facilities, as well as on parking areas with medium load intensity. It improves surface workability and increases wear resistance of the floor.
The key characteristic determining the service life of the finished coating is the material’s resistance to abrasive wear. Based on BCA testing of Refloor® CT-S100 dry floor compound in accordance with EN 13892-4**, the material has been assigned wear-resistance class AR 1.
**The loads applied to the surface by the rotating wheels of the BCA machine fully correspond to real loads on floor surfaces.
