Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Refloor® CT-S200 corundum dry shake is a corundum-modified, dry single-component cement-based compound for hardening concrete floor surfaces. The technical characteristics of the material comply with GOST 31358-2007.

The material is a dry, free-flowing fine-grained mixture. It does not contain volatile solvents and is odorless.
Supplied in 25 kg bags with original printed design.
Pallet weight: 1200 kg (48 bags).

The concrete hardener is intended for finishing the surface of freshly placed concrete floors in production halls and warehouse facilities with high load intensity. It improves surface workability and increases wear resistance of the floor.

Key properties:

  • reduces dusting and hardens the concrete surface;
  • extends the service life of the finished floor;
  • increases concrete impermeability to water and aggressive substances;
  • improves freeze–thaw resistance of the finished floor;
  • cost efficient.

Material consumption:

  • gray (natural) topping – 3–5 kg/m²;
  • colored topping – 7–8 kg/m².

The key characteristic determining the service life of the finished coating is the material’s resistance to abrasive wear. Based on BCA testing of the REFLOOR® CT-S200 dry floor compound in accordance with EN 13892-4**, the material has been assigned wear-resistance class AR 0,5.

**The loads applied to the surface by the rotating wheels of the BCA machine fully correspond to real loads on floor surfaces.
