Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Refloor® CT-S300 metallic dry shake topping:

  • for maximum coating strength!
  • reduces wear of M300 concrete by more than 15 times!

Refloor® CT-S300 topping is intended for finishing the surface of freshly placed concrete floors in warehouses, parking areas, workshops and industrial zones, as well as in facilities:

  • with high load intensity;
  • with specific electrical safety requirements.

Filler type: specially selected ultra-durable graded steel aggregate resistant to chemical attack, corrosion, impact and abrasive wear.

The technical characteristics of the material comply with GOST 31358-2007.

Key properties:

  • reduces dusting and hardens the concrete surface;
  • extends the service life of the finished floor;
  • has high strength characteristics;
  • higher hardness compared to corundum- and quartz-based toppings;
  • increased abrasion resistance;
  • provides electrical conductivity;
  • does not contain volatile solvents and is odorless;
  • economic material consumption.

One of the key advantages of Refloor® CT-S300 topping is the possibility of applying the hardener at a later stage of concrete curing.

Advantages of Refloor® CT-S300 topping over other toppings:

  • High bulk density (2060 kg/m³) makes it possible to trowel in a greater amount of material at the same layer thickness, resulting in a more durable coating.
  • Acid- and corrosion-resistant steel ensures excellent surface durability even in aggressive environments and does not rust.
  • Low water absorption of the mix facilitates troweling and improves the strength characteristics of the finished coating.
  • Easy to verify — unlike other fillers, the presence of steel alloys in the material can be checked with a magnet. A quick on-site test is possible at any time.

The key characteristic determining the service life of the finished coating is the material’s resistance to abrasive wear. Based on BCA testing of the Refloor® CT-S300 dry floor compound in accordance with EN 13892-4**, the material has been assigned wear-resistance class AR0,5.

Color options:

Gray (natural) Light gray Red Green Blue

Material consumption:

  • gray (natural) topping — 3–5 kg/m²;
  • colored topping — 7–8 kg/m².

*Toppings with corundum and quartz fillers.

**The loads applied to the surface by the rotating wheels of the BCA test machine fully correspond to real loads on floor surfaces.
