Description

What makes the system different and what tasks it is typically chosen for.

Refloor® CT-S500 quartz dry shake is a dry hardening compound consisting of Portland cement, graded quartz aggregate, modifying additives and pigment. It is supplied as a pre-blended dry mix for direct use by the “dry-on-wet” method. The material does not contain volatile solvents and is odorless. The technical characteristics of the material comply with GOST 31358-2007.

Supplied in 25 kg bags with original printed design.
Pallet weight: 1200 kg (48 bags).

Refloor® CT-S500 is intended for finishing the surface of freshly placed concrete floors in industrial and warehouse facilities, as well as on parking areas with intensive traffic where increased wear resistance of concrete floors is required.

Key properties:

  • densifies and hardens the concrete surface, reducing dusting;
  • extends the service life of the finished floor;
  • withstands medium and heavy traffic loads;
  • compressive strength after 28 days of curing at least 95 MPa;
  • abrasion loss on LKI-3M disc – 0.08 g/m²;
  • cost efficient.

Material consumption:

  • gray (natural) topping – 3–5 kg/m²;
  • colored topping – 8 kg/m².
