Lincrete® SL is a four-component self-levelling polyurethane-cement mortar for concrete floors, forming a chemical-resistant 4–6 mm coating for the food and chemical industries.

Lincrete® SL is a four-component self-levelling polyurethane-cement mortar for concrete floors, forming a chemical-resistant 4–6 mm coating for the food and chemical industries.

Typical parameters: thickness 4–6 mm, R class R11–R13, commissioning 8–24 h. Resistance/modes: wet areas, thermal shock, oils & fats, alkalis, acids (incl. sulfuric, hydrochloric).

System layers (bottom to top)

Consumption & rough estimate

  • Базовый слой PU-цемент 4–6 мм: ≈ 8–12 kg/m²
  • Total for system: ≈ 8–12 kg/m²
    (excluding losses).

Actual consumption depends on substrate condition, porosity and required texture. Pricing is calculated individually considering logistics and volume discounts.

System FAQ

What are the substrate requirements?
Requirements depend on the system type. Typically strength, moisture and adhesion are checked. Exact values are in the TDS and working specification.
