The Millenium Clinic multidisciplinary medical center in Kazan is a large public facility with operating rooms, inpatient unit, outpatient clinic, parking, spa area and restaurants. All zones required a hard-wearing, hygienic and visually calm floor finish that would withstand heavy foot traffic and regular cleaning.

- — Provide a single floor type for different functional zones (surgical block, outpatient clinic, inpatient unit, parking, restaurants, spa area, gyms).
- — Install a floor system that meets hygiene and safety requirements for medical facilities.
- — Maintain high wear resistance under constant pedestrian traffic and movement of trolleys/equipment.
- — Integrate the floor design into the contemporary architecture of the building without visual noise or unnecessary accents.

- — For public and medical areas, mosaic **Linolit TERRAZZO** floors were selected, providing a seamless surface and convenient daily cleaning.
- — In technical zones and in the parking area, hardened concrete floors based on **Refloor CT‑S600** were used, followed by protection with **Praspan** sealers.
- — In zones with increased requirements for chemical resistance and hygiene, polyurethane-cement systems **Linolit Lincrete** were applied.
- — The floor system layout was coordinated with designers and facility management separately for each functional zone in order to take into account loads, cleaning regime and safety requirements.

- — A durable seamless floor finish was obtained, convenient for daily mechanical and manual cleaning.
- — The floors withstand high foot traffic from patients and staff, as well as operation of medical equipment and stretchers/trolleys.
- — Visually, the floors support a calm, contemporary interior without glare or distracting patterns.
- — Due to the correct selection of systems, the risks of premature repairs and claims have been reduced.
- — The facility can be used as a reference for medical centers and large public spaces.
