System layers (bottom to top)

  1. Грунт антистатический (эпоксидный) consumption: ≈ 0.2–0.3 kg/m²
    Подготовка основания, обеспыливание и нанесение антистатического грунта. При необходимости — локальное выравнивание/шпатлевание. Точный расход и требования к основанию уточняются по ТДС выбранного грунта.
  2. ESD-краска (эпоксидная), 1–2 слоя
    Тонкослойное токорассеивающее покрытие. Конкретный расход и число слоёв уточняется инженером по ТДС и условиям эксплуатации.
